Please Note:

1. Before purchasing DJI Care Refresh +, ensure that the DJI Care Refresh purchased for your aircraft is still valid and that there is at least one replacement left.





2. After DJI Care Refresh + is purchased, your service agreement will be sent to you via email. DJI Care Refresh + will be bound to your product automatically and come into effect within 24 hours.



3. The replacement service provided by DJI Care Refresh+ is valid for one year and does not start until DJI Care Refresh expires. The product’s warranty period is immediately extended after you receive the service agreement of DJI Care Refresh + and has the same expiration date as the replacement service.



4. DJI Care Refresh + and the corresponding product must be purchased from the same country or region since the benefits provided by DJI Care Refresh + are only eligible in the region where it was purchased.



5. Each time you request a replacement, you’ll receive a replacement unit that is new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability.
